Kuldish Kaur

General Manager – Victoria & Western Australia

Originally from the UK, Kuldish brings over 8 years of SAP Project Management experience, specialising in the private and public sector.

More recently in Australia, over 7 years working in SAP consulting, advisory, sales, business development, account management, presentations tender process and winning business.

Kuldish is a huge advocate of collaboration, learning and is passionate about providing a service to her clients to continually provide them with the best available opportunities in the market.

Antony R Roberts

Data Migration Practice Head

Antony R Roberts who works as a Data Migration Practice Head and has more than 15 years of experience in Development and Implementation of architectural concepts, Strategies, Roadmaps for the futuristic Business environments, Frameworks, Principles and Recommended practices.

Amit Dhaka

Vice President – Delivery

An Out of the Box Thinker, Pragmatic Leader and Consultant with a passion for innovation and transformation. Amit is also one of the founding members of ADC who spearheads Delivery department with broad expertise in SAP HR capabilities ranging from Recruitment, Employee Central, Payroll, Employee and Manager Self Service, Talent Management to Learning modules. He has proven track record of leading large, complex business and IT transformation / digital technology enabled change management projects, across multiple industries and sectors (public and private).

Sandeep Khurana

General Manager – South Australia

Sandeep has deep experience building and executing strategy and transformation projects in the financial services industries across Australia, and APAC including new market development and EPMO for enterprise, startups and incubators.

He is successful at establishing the vision to create go-to-market strategies, grow and optimise business and operational footprints across geographies.

Before being appointed to his current position, Sandeep has also lead Udyog Software (India) Ltd as an Interim CEO.

He holds an Executive MBA degree from RMIT University, Australia and is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Six Sigma Academy.

Ameya Pejawar

Head - Business Strategy & Development

Ameya is Head of Business Strategy & Development for ADC with responsibility for all aspects of company’s strategic positioning and for building partnerships, including ecosystem strategy.

Before being named to his current position, Ameya has been working as a Management Consultant with expertise in growth, business transformation and business model innovation. He has worked collaboratively with clients from ICT, Insurance, Financial Services and Entertainment industry assisting them in value creation.

Ameya joined ADC in 2017 and has been effective in setting the overall strategic direction for the organization and assigned business units by developing scenario planning, market analysis, business model development, disruptive trends and impact analysis.

Ameya holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Mumbai and a MBA degree from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia.

Gary Vaughan

Technical Manger

Gary Vaughan’s extensive IT career has seen him exposed to a wide range of industry streams of varying sizes and diverse challenges encompassing a wide spectrum of technologies. One of his key attributes is a positive approach to all challenges coupled with the ability to interpret and communicate effectively between stakeholders at levels of from end users to senior management in order to accomplish the task at hand. Priding himself on capably leading a team to ensure that all goals are achieved while working within agreed parameters.
