About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Experience in the health insurance industry is highly desirable, as is working knowledge of Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Assist in designing solutions that align with business objectives, especially within health insurance operations such as claims, enrollment, and provider management
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure accurate delivery of features
- Support UAT planning and execution, including writing test cases and validating outcomes
- Monitor and communicate project progress and potential risks to stakeholders
- Help enhance business processes through data analysis and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid methodologies
- Familiarity with API integrations, data mappings, and documentation
- Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and diagramming tools
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in the health insurance domain, including exposure to claims processing, member enrollment, or provider systems
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (e.g., Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or general platform usage)
- Understanding of healthcare data formats is a plus
- Salesforce certifications are a bonus
