About the role
You will be working with one of our major government clients located in the Paramatta, NSW, Australia. In your role, you will be challenged to lead and create deliverable for all aspects of business analysis and functional design for the Client.
This is a great opportunity to utilize your complete end to end SAP PAYROLL experience with particular focus on Australian Payroll and legislation. We are looking for a candidate who is professional, driven and ambitious to collaborate.
Responsibilities
- Providing senior-level consulting services and solutions to customer/business in designing, implementing and supporting SAP HR systems and related services
- Supporting the SAP ESS MSS modules
- Investigating/resolving production incidents
- Assisting and on-going mentoring for Payroll
- Working with multiple technical/functional teams and Business to ensure SAP system is supported
- Configure, Support and Implementation SAP HR ESS MSS services and solution
- Developing, enhancing, testing and documenting all ESS/MSS related changes
- Analytical Support and troubleshooting of production issues
- Ability to analyze HR business requirements, propose innovative and integrated solutions
- Provide ongoing technical support and advice to end-users
Skills and experience
Required skills-
- 10+ years of experience in Business / Functional Requirements Analysis within SAP HR/Payroll
- Strong knowledge in Payroll systems and domain expertise.
- Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes
- Experience in HRMS/Payroll industry
- Experience in SAP HR/Payroll module
- Strong Problem Solving Skills – Ability to analyze and critically evaluate gathered information to resolve conflicts, anticipate issues and make priority decisions.
- Experience in the development of Business Process model, End user training, and Documentation.
- Having ESS/Client skills
- Good knowledge of best practices and industry trends, be able to act as a business analyst focused on process improvement, business requirements analyses
