About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and support a large-scale IT Digital Transformation program within the Health Insurance domain. This role is best suited for someone who has hands-on experience in digital transformation initiatives, a solid technical understanding, and is highly adept at capturing and managing minutes of meetings (MoMs) to ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving coordination activities, bridging the gap between business and technology teams, and ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT digital transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with the Program Director to track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, business, vendors, and external partners.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation, including detailed minutes of meetings (MoMs), reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements and adoption of best practices across the transformation program.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in IT Digital Transformation projects (mandatory).
• Strong technical understanding of systems, processes, and workflows within the Health Insurance industry.
• Demonstrated ability to take clear, concise, and actionable MoMs.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or equivalent).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
Desirable Skills:
• Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in data migration, system upgrades, or regulatory compliance projects.
Location:
This role requires working 3 days a week from the client office (Sydney CBD).
