Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with hands-on experience in managing Marketing Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Experience with Airdocs is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end management of Marketing Cloud implementation and enhancement projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and design to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track and monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed.
- Maintain project documentation including timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and change requests.
- Ensure all Marketing Cloud components (e.g., email campaigns, customer journeys, automation flows) are utilized effectively per project requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to gather and validate technical and business requirements.
- Participate in testing phases and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Support user training and post-implementation reviews to ensure smooth adoption.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles.
- Experience managing or supporting Marketing Cloud projects is essential.
- Familiarity with tools and modules like email campaign builders, journey orchestration tools, audience segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Marketing Cloud platform certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Airdocs is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation strategies and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Please Note: This role requires you to work from the client office 3 days a week (Sydney CBD).
