About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and process-driven Business Analyst with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for process excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes—especially those related to communication templates, marketing workflows, and stakeholder engagement.
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in mapping and refining cross-functional processes that support marketing initiatives, campaign management, and customer communications. This is not a technical role—a strong functional understanding and process orientation is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to map end-to-end business processes related to campaigns, templates, and content workflows
- Lead process mapping of templates, identifying interdependencies, gaps, and process inefficiencies
- Conduct Business Verification Testing (BVT) to ensure processes and changes are aligned with business expectations before rollout
- Document and analyze current-state vs future-state processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Translate functional requirements into clear and structured process documentation using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent
- Facilitate workshops and process walkthroughs with stakeholders to validate business needs and drive alignment
- Support governance of communication templates—tracking changes, approvals, and ownership across teams
- Maintain a strong understanding of business objectives to ensure process improvements align with strategic goals
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a process-heavy or operations-focused environment
- Strong experience in working with XMLs
- Proven experience in process mapping, process documentation, and functional analysis
- Hands-on experience with Business Verification Testing and process validation techniques
- Strong functional understanding of marketing or communication workflows, including template governance and campaign execution
- Prior exposure to Airdocs and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation/communication platforms)
- High proficiency in Excel, Jira, and Confluence for documentation, tracking, and collaboration
- Familiarity with BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process modeling platforms
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement
